For center staff

Each hire sees only their own job.

Staff are hired into a preset — receptionist, manager or accountant — and the preset is the screen. A receptionist sees six things, an accountant five, and nobody sees the owner's console.

Inside the system

1440×900

Can I put someone on the desk without opening the whole center to them?
The front desk
Students
Register a walk-in, take payment, and check them in at the counter.
Messages
Answer a parent or a student from the same screen, with no personal numbers involved.
Managing
Collaboration requests
Teachers asking to work at the center — accept or decline.
Rooms
Schedules, rates, and who has the hall.
Reports
The owner's figures, read-only.
Accounts
Finance
Collections, expenses and statements — the accountant preset alone reaches this.
The team
Team notes
A shift's to-do board: what was done and what is still open.
Guarantees

The preset is the ceiling

A receptionist cannot reach finance, and an accountant cannot reach collaboration requests. That is enforced at the API, not by hiding a menu item.

Your name on every action

Every payment taken and every check-in is recorded against whoever did it. If a figure is ever disputed, the line says who was at the desk.

Removed in a second

Someone leaves, you stop their preset, and their sessions end in the same moment — not whenever a token happens to expire.

Running a center and staffing a desk?

The presets already exist — pick one and the hire gets their screen immediately.
